Emotional Damage

Emotional Damage can result from:

•Horror or rather failing an emotional Gut Check of Courage

•Energy drain (from the undead or the like)

•Personal loss (from Emotional Investment)

•Magic

Emotional Damage is also sometimes specified as a consequence of violating some moral code or personality limitation - often in associated with an RCM's weakness. Rose Red, for example, will take emotional damage if she causes harm to another living being.

Maturity can be added to the base dice for the damage divisor.

RCM’s and Guest Stars can substitute any emotional ability dice (CO, CH, or MA) for base dice when suffering from Emotional Damage.
