Perception is the ability to notice or realize things. Searching or detecting is a big part of action and adventure, and this stat modifies all of those tasks.

Perception may be broken down by sense: a blind character would be –3 to seeing but +3 to hearing for example. Individual senses can be treated as Talents for development cost.
