Chicken Naan Wraps
Chicken Naan Wraps
1 pound ground chicken (or turkey)
1/2 cup ricotta
2 Tb brown/Dijon mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Naan bread (we like garlic naan)
Toppings: lettuce, avocado, tomato, shredded cheese, bacon, ranch dressing... whatever!
Pretty easy! Mix all ingredients together well, heat a tablespoon of butter or oil in a frying pan, and brown meat mixture until done! I must admit, it smells a little odd while browning, don't let that throw you off! (it's the mustard) I also promise that this DOESN'T just taste like mustard! In fact, there's barely a hint of it.
Sometimes Stephen will cook the bacon first, and then cook the meat in the leftover bacon grease. Drizzle naan bread with a bit of olive oil and warm in the oven according to package directions. Then basically build a naan taco!
