African American Heroes

For this project, you will:
1. Read a little about several African-American Heroes.
2. Select one you will research and one backup, then sign up for your first and second choices.
3. Research this person both online and in printed resources, using good quality sources and taking careful notes. You will be working on this for the next couple of weeks.
4. Write a 5-paragraph essay using correct MLA format and including a works cited page. This is due on March 14.
