Sunday Testimonies September 2010

(1) Brother Beh's miracle: "The Lord helped me and my daughter find a place to rent in Singapore when we turned to Him for help"
(Testimony given on Sunday 12 September 2010).
"I have just returned from Singapore after spending two week there trying to look for a decent place for my daughter (Zoe) to rent as she is starting a new job there. The apartments offered were HDB flats which were poorly kept, highly priced and all potential tenants had to bid for a place together with others. The cheapest 2-room flat costs a princely S$1600.
"After 2 weeks of searching and running around, we could not find any affordable housing. So we turned to God even more and asked Him to intervene. We then received an email from Zoe's superior informing us that one of the co-tenants of his condominium is leaving for UK, leaving behind a vacant room for rent. We went to look at the place and quickly booked it, for just over S$1000.
"What a great God we serve, who answers prayers when we are totally helpless. All glory to His name!!!"
2. The tiredness and pain speaks of the hard work and challenges Frankie is facing in his ministry in Australia.
3. about our ministry in Australia
The ministry has caused us tiredness and pain
Your bus is your new ministry ( Chinese Ministry in Penang )
It is purple in color ( anointed by Jesus )
I believe you are going to experience a great revival in the Chinese work
You park your bus beside our van, which means your ministry and our ministry is side by side
Though we are in Australia and you are still in Malaysia
Sam was in the bus with you
I believe Sam will be your right -hand man in the ministry

(2) Brother Frankie's dream for BOG: "God is going to bring revival and expansion to the ministry at BOG"
(Brother Frankie has been serving in Australia for the past few years, serving as an itinerant prophet).
"On the 16th September 2010, I had a dream.
"In my dream, I was driving a van with Cathy sitting beside me
I felt tired and my body was aching and very painful
I drove into a field and park my van and I told Cathy that I need to rest for awhile
"Suddenly there was a loud noise and I saw someone driving an unusual huge bus about 100 ft long
The bus is purple in colour and as the man reverse his huge bus, he parked right beside us
"To our astonishment, we saw that the driver of the bus is actually you (Andrew Chong).
Cathy came down from our van, and she ask you to come over and pray for me.
You asked me, 'Hey, Frankie, what's wrong with you?'
I answered, 'I am tired and my whole body is painful.'
"You laid hands on me and start praying, and the pain left me!
Then, you walk off
Suddenly, Sam appeared.
"I asked Sam, 'Were you in the bus with Andrew?'
Sam answered, 'Yes, I was in the bus.'
He then said, 'We just drop off all the people that attended our chinese service.'
Sam then looked at his watch and said , 'It's now 4.15 am in the morning.'
"I replied Sam, 'You better go home and rest, aren't you working today?'
Sam replied, 'No, tomorrow is Saturday, I'm off.'
I was a bit surprised and asked Sam, 'Your Chinese service must have lasted 5 to 6 hrs and by the time you send everyone back home it's past 4 am ! '
And Sam said, 'It's normal!.
Suddenly, I woke up and when I looked at the clock on our wall, it's 4.15am!

1. The van represents Frankie's ministry in Australia.

(1) Sister Debra's miracle: "The Lord asked me to go to everyone to seek forgiveness for any wrong I have done to them"
"We have just entered into the Feast of Trumpets, where God is calling us to a season of repentance. For myself, the Lord specifically directed me to go and ask for forgiveness from every brother and sister in this church.
This morning, as I stand here, I wish to ask for forgiveness from anyone I have hurt or wronged. Please forgive me."
RESPONSE: "The church this morning release forgiveness to Sister Debra. We forgive her and remember her sins no more."
(2) Sister Monica's miracle: "God healed me of many illnesses as the sisters in the Sisters' fellowship laid hands on me and prayed for me"
"I was having very high blood pressure for the past few weeks. And as I worry a lot, I also could not sleep, even though I took sleeping tablets. I had pain in my head and numbness in parts of my body.
"Last Friday, Sister Hannah took me to the Sisters' Fellowship and I was very blessed.
After I shared my needs, the sisters gathered around me and prayed for me. One sister saw a crown of thorns around my head.
"As they led me in prayer, I asked God to forgive me for any unforgiveness towards my sister-in-law. I had not spoken to my brother and his wife for many years. I also forgave my sister-in-law and my brother.
"After the sisters prayed for me, I felt the crown of thorns lifted from me. All negative thoughts, all worries and fears left me. My headache left me. My body numbness was gone. I could sleep soundly that night and even up till today.
"I want to give all glory to God. And I want some sisters to come forward to help me sing a song of praise to our good god. I want to sing, 'Thank You Jesus for your Love to me.' "
(3) Brother Bernard Khoo's miracle: "God gave me a good job when I repented of my pride"
"About 5 months ago, I resigned from my job as the working environment was very bad and unreasonable and highly stressful.
Because I resigned in haste, I quarreled with my dad over the resignation, and I also boasted that based on my abilities and skills, I will easily find a job. My dad then said that if I depended on my own ability, then I will not get any job. Indeed, over the next two months, no jobs were forthcoming, no matter how much I tried to get one.
"One Sunday, after returning from church, I quarreled with my dad again. I could not sleep that afternoon. The Lord convicted me of my sin and I repented and went to my dad and apologized to him. He then said that God will now give me a job.
"Within a few days, I had many job interviews in KL and many job offers in Penang. By God's grace, I was given a good job, with better pay than my previous job, with a good boss and a good working place.
"I want to give all glory to God for His goodness and mercy."
(4) Sister Ah Ping's miracle: "God healed me of my high blood pressure"
"I was having very high blood pressure for the last few weeks and my doctor said it is dangerous and gave me some medication. The medicine did not work. So I decided to trust in God for my healing and prayed and praised Him for healing me.
"I fell very well now and I want to sing a song to praise Him this morning. All glory to God!!!"
(5) Sister Christie and daughter Prisca's miracle: "We want to sing a song about Jesus our Redeemer, to praise Him for the good things He has done for us"
"God has been good to us, and we want to bless this church with a song this morning. Its a song about Jesus our Redeemer. If you know the song, please join with us. All glory be to God!!!"
(6) Auntie Chan's miracle: "God has healed me of many illnesses and I want to sing a song to praise Him"
"I want to thank God for healing me of itchiness and weakness in my body. I want to sing a Hokkien song this morning to give thanks to god. Please join me if you know this song. It's called: 'All praise and glory and honour, be unto you our Lord and King.' "

(1) Brother Andrew's miracle: "My daughter Grace passed her exams and is now a qualified chartered accountant"
"I want to thank God for giving grace and wisdom to my daughter Grace over these last few years so that she was able to get an apprenticeship with an accounting firm, and work and study for an accountant degree.
"By the mercy of God, she has passed her final exams when results were known last week. She will be having her graduation in December.
"This is a great miracle as Grace had never taken any book-keeping subjects before, even at the Form 5 level. All glory be to God for His mercy and grace"
(2) Sister Ah Ping's miracles: "God heal my son of redness in the eye"
"My son David was suffering from redness in the eye with great pain and suffering. When I took him to see the doctor, the doctor said that he must be warded immediately or he will become blind.
"However, my son did not want to be warded. So I took the medicine from the doctor for my son and we went home. I cried out to God to heal him and save his eyes. God heard my prayers and healed him and his eyes are now healed, after a few days of suffering.
"All glory be to God!!!"
