LoF, relive the worst moments of your life that had you feeling small, hated, and unloved and realize that after conquering them, nothing can stop you.
After having been fired and dumped on the same day, explore your past experiences in life, all the major negatives that shaped who you are as a person. Revisit your broken family home that made you feel small, go back to high school to remember what it was like to be hated and realize that if you can overcome and survive through that, you can survive anything.
