The core gameplay for this game is that you play in a group of 2 - 4 players. The others work in a random area each round to find the prize object and bring it back to the starting point. However, only the player with the item can be given the point, thus making the player fight each other for the item using the environment around them. This game utilises a 2D top-down view and grid-based movement. Players cannot collide or interact with other players directly. Players can interact with objects within the play area and look for ways to disable and prevent other players from gaining points. This mechanic was implemented so that players can go and solve puzzles in rooms and collect necessary items. Objects that players can interact with mainly involve those used to solve puzzles.
Hence, things such as levers and buttons activate traps or help solve puzzles in rooms. Players can place one hidden trap item per round in any location within a specified area. The trap items can be activated and are used to stun other players in that area. When a player is stunned by a trap, they will drop all items that they are holding. It is essential to use and place traps strategically as they can often be crucial in winning the round. For example, suppose a player had a stun grenade in their possession. In that case, they may wish to place the grenade in a strategic location close to the main objective to deter other players from obtaining the main objective item and potentially stealing it for themself.
