"My Two Angels" is a story about heartbreak, despair, sorrow and loss. The film is just over a minute long and although it is not the longest, it definitely packs a punch.
We follow a man by the name of Al. Al has just returned from his holiday and goes to check up on his two beloved angels. His friend Henry has been looking after them whilst Al was away. Unfortunately, Henry has some bad news...
For this film I had to strip all audio except for the dialogue and create the film's soundscape from scratch. My role in this film can be split into 3 different categories:
Composer - writing and performing the score for the film and working with the original soundtrack as inspiration.
Sound designer - sourcing and creating effects and noises to create a believable movement and physicality to the film.
Mixing engineer - compiling and mixing the musical and sound design elements, as well as the dialogue and incidental audio provided by the film team.
