ARTIST STATEMENT

In the first image I wanted to take away the distractive properties of the tree on the far left. For the overlay image I wanted to add ass much color as I could do what I thought was a dull picture on its own. For the cloning image I simply removed a tree on the far left side to let the viewer focus more on the distance and horizon rather than the out of place tree. The overlay image combined a zoomed in rather bland picture of my cat with the very colorful background of the peppers. Composition rules: Far Distance, Close Distance, Formal and Informal Balance.
