March Madness Recap Mens!

The first round was good. I think the best game of the first round was Oakland beating Kentucky but we will talk about that more later. Alabama scored the most points in the scoring 109 points against Charleston. Only 32 teams advance to the next round. In the round of 32. Purdue scored the most points in a game with 106 points beating Utah State. These games really matter because they all wanted to go to the Sweet 16. The Sweet 16 was a great three and was an upset of Arizona losing.

And now the second half of the tournament. We will start off with the elite eight. The teams that are moving on are UConn, NC State, Purdue, and Alabama. Duke played NC State the score was 76-64 NC State won. This was a huge upset and the team were rivals. Purdue played Tennessee and Purdue won 72-66. Illinois played Uconn, and Uconn won. And finally, Clemson played Aladama and Aladama won. The Final Four was great. The Underdogs NC State played Purdue and Purdue won. Pretty easy. UConn played Alabama. It was a close game till late in the second half and then They pulled away to win by 14. And the Final Game. It Was a super good game but then UConn started playing well by stopping Zach Eady. But he still had 37 points. But UConn won by 15 and they are national Champions.

In the second half of the tournament, there were not a lot of upsets but NC State Won in the elite eight. They played Duke, their rivals. NC State beat Duke with DJ Burns leading the wolf pack with 29 points, 3 AST, and 4 REB. This was the best game of his life. That was the only upset of the second half.
