Coachella Is Here!

Coachella is here!!! The 2024 annual Coachella is happening right now and you can still buy tickets for next week! Coachella is an annual music and art festival that many celebrities go to every year! Have you ever been to Coachella?

This year is the 23rd annual one. It is alway held as Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. It is held for two weeks on Sunday and Saturday, April 12-14 and April 19-21. Coachella has no age restrictions, kids 5 and under are free for general admission. Coachella general admission tickets go from $499-$599 and VIP tickets are $1,126 and camping passes are $149. Coachella has free showers, a barber shop, and a beauty bar. 

The top headliner performers this year are Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the creator and Doja Cat. But there are many more artists performing. Ice spice, Sabrina Carpenter, Peso Pluma, Grimes, ect. Many artists had surprise guests. Some of those surprise guests were Olivia Rodrigo. There were many more surprise guests such as Billie Eilish, Justin Bieber, Shakira, A$AP Rocky, Becky G, ect. 

No doubt that the No Doubt reunion was a big part of Coachella! The band announced their hiatus in 2013. They performed on Saturday of week 1 they had their first live performance since 2015. Gwen Stefani and the boys, Tony Kanal, Adrian Young, Tom Dumont, Stephen Bradley, and Gabriel McNair.  But they weren’t alone, they were joined by their surprise guest, Olivia Rodrigo. Olivia hopped on stage wearing a “I  ❤️ ND” shirt. They sang back and forth of the song “Bathwater”. They played songs from their hit album “Tragic Kingdom,” such as, “Sunday Morning”, “Just a Girl”, “Don’t Speak”, “Spiderwebs”, and many more. 

Overall Coachella this year was a big hit! With the top headliners and all the surprise guests Coachella was a great time. The No Doubt reunion was a throwback to the 90’s for everyone. Would you go to Coachella if you had the chance?
