3 Worldwide Best Girls Tennis Players

Girl tennis players have been dominating the courts and making history in tennis for a while. But who is truly the best out of the whole world according to EJHS students? After many interviews and polls here are the results. Serena Williams takes first place, Elena Rybakina second place, and then takes third is Jessica Pegula.

Serena Williams is an American professional tennis player who has been ranked world No. 1 in singles tennis by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) multiple times. She was born on September 26, 1981, in Saginaw, Michigan, USA. “Although they weren't raised in a popular family or good community, they grew up to be the arguably best female tennis players in the world,” says Ella Johnson. Williams has also won four Olympic gold medals, one in singles and three in doubles. Williams is known for her powerful serve, aggressive playing style, and mental toughness on the court. She has been an inspiration for many young tennis players around the world, and her contribution to the sport has been intense.

Elena Rybakina is a professional tennis player from Kazakhstan. She was born on June 17, 1999, in Moscow, Russia. She started playing tennis at the age of six and moved to Moscow to train at a tennis academy when she was 10 years old. Rybakina started playing professionally in 2016 and since then has been getting popular all around the world. As of August 2021, she is ranked world No. 19 by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA). She has won four WTA singles titles and reached the quarterfinals at the Australian Open, French Open, and Wimbledon in 2021.

Jessica Pegula is an American professional tennis player who has made a name for herself in the world of tennis. She was born on February 24, 1994, in Buffalo, New York, USA. She is the daughter of Terry Pegula, the owner of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. Pegula was introduced to tennis at the age of seven and started playing competitively when she was nine years old. She turned professional in 2013 and has since then been a regular on the WTA tour. Since 2021, she is ranked world No. 26 in singles by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA).

In conclusion, these three girl tennis players have made a significant impact on the sport with their talent, skills, and hard work. As they continue their career there will be more girls taking the 3 best worldwide girls tennis players. So who do you think is the best?
