Drunk Elephant Products that are safe for kids

By: Lynlee Crouch

We all know the new hype on Drunk Elephant. But what if I tell you all these influencers saying that Drunk Elephant is not for kids is a lie? Many people in the age range from 7-70 have at least heard of Drunk Elephant. And many influencers say that the products made by Drunk Elephant aren't for kids. Well, I'm gonna tell you what is safe for your skin and what is going to ruin it.

Drunk Elephant has many safe products for children like two out of three of their moisturizers. Lala Retro a very well-known product is actually safe for kids. It is supposed to help reinforce the acid mantle, protect against water loss, and defend against the effects of everyday life. Even their new moisturizer Bora Barrier is a safe product for kids to use on their faces. It is supposed to help promote elasticity, soothing skin, and supporting healthy barrier function. However the polypeptide cream arguably the most famous one is not safe for kids due to its use for anti-aging, firming skin, and texturizing older more aged skin.

Now for serums. Which entices younger children due to the bright colors and different packaging. Their famous B-hydra serum which is used to hydrate your skin is safe for kids due to the reason it has no retinol, hyaluronic acid, glycolic acid, etc. in its formula. However, their retinol-based serum used for anti-aging is supposed to be used by older people with an older more wrinkled skin barrier. Their vitamin C serum is not safe for kids due to the fact it is supposed to firm, brighten, and improve signs of photoaging. Let's talk about their face oil. Their face oil is safe for kids due to the fact it has no harmful ingredients. Now their polypeptide cream which is not safe for kids due to the fact that it has polypeptides within its formula mixture.

Now for their lotions and haircare. All their lotions are safe and so are their shampoo and conditioner. They also have a safe deodorant which is used to eliminate odor. Now for their bronzing, goldie, and Rosie drops. The bronzing, goldie, and Rosie drops are all safe except for the fact they have niacinamide in their formula. You should use them in some type of moisturizer to prevent more damage.

Kids being interested in skincare is not a new thing and it's not a bad thing either.

Long story short Drunk Elephant is safe for kids' skin if you use the proper products. Yes, it's expensive but some people don't mind the price. Do you think kids should use Drunk Elephant?
