Should EJHS Cater in Restaurants for Lunch?

Are you getting tired of the same lunch day after day week after week? Do you crave for french fries or other foods that are never here? Should we cater restaurants for lunch?
Lunch is an important part of the day that everyone looks forward too. Everyone will get called up and will eat. Sometimes it can be disgusting. Cambrie Nary says, “It has no flavor.” Another student said that the meat tastes artificial and makes people sick. After eating it, they felt a stomach ache and sick.
Another reason that we should cater lunch is that it is the same many times. Tinley Jablonski says, “I want different groups of food.”
Research has shown that having different types of everyday helps with a short term focus. Callie Beyers also said that catering places have different foods for everyone that has food allergies or restrictions while our school lunch has limited options for those people. Payton Connelley has interesting thoughts about the options. Way back in second grade we had all sorts of options for food and drinks. Now we only have one choice. Peyton Connelly has feelings for the milk. “THEY NEED TO BRING BACK VANILLA MILK!” She said that it tastes like melted ice cream and that was loved by many.
Many people have said that we should cater in other places like Chipoltle or McDonalds. But, should we have it if were good or no matter what? “No, because they would be starving. If they don’t have lunches at home then they rely on the school.” Cambrie Nary says. Beyers also says that it is the student’s break time and that they should have the right to talk and just relax and get catering no matter what. Jablonski also says that it would be fair to everyone like the ones who are being good or bad.
In conclusion, the school should cater in lunch from time to time. From the information above, we just need maybe a few days to have different kinds of food for our lunches. Everything would be fair and students would not go hungry.
