Peter Pan and Wendy Movie review

Have you ever seen the movie Peter pan, well if you have im sure that you will be excited for this. They created a live action peter pan called, Peter Pan and Wendy and today were going to review that movie.
In the beginning, Wendy, John, and Michel are pretending to be Peter Pan, Captain Hook and pirates. Wendy and John have an intense fight. Then Peter breaks in and tries to catch his shadow. He chases the shadow throughout the room but Peter catches his shadow and puts it back on him. Peter takes Wendy, John, and Michel to Neverland. Right when they enter Neverland they get ambushed by pirates. Wendy washes up on the shore. Michel and John get captured by pirates. Peter Pan saves them and they find the Lost Boys and Tigerlily The Lost Boys bring them back to their house. Wendy sings a lullaby to them. Captain Hook hears the lullaby and sneaks into the house and kidnaps all of them besides Peter. Captain Hook then goes to Peter’s room and tries to sneak up on him but Peter and him have a big fight. In the end Peter gets striked down and falls. Wendy, John, Michel, and the lost boys get taken to Captain Hook's ship. They are all locked up and Captain Hook goes through a super long monologue. Captain Hook is about to make all of them walk the plank but Wendy offers herself to walk the plank instead of all the other kids. Captain Hook agrees to Wendy’s offer. Wendy jumps off the plank but there is no splash. Tinker Bell and Wendy come flying above the ship and everyone has an intense fight. In the middle of the fight Peter Pan joins in and he and Captain Hook have a really big fight. In the end Peter Pan and the others win and take over Captain Hook’s ship and they bring all the lost boys home with them. But Peter Pan and captain hook become friends once again and peter goes back to get captain hook after he falls into the ocean.
The cast of the Peter Pan movie is Alexander Molony as Peter Pan, Yara Shahidi as Tinker Bell, Ever Anderson as Wendy, Jude Law as Captain Hook and Alyssa Wapanatâhk as Tiger Lily. The movie was directed by David Lowery and written by James Matthew Barrie. A fun fact is that peter pan and wendy was originally a play!
I asked another EJHS student what their favorite Peter Pan characters were and here is what they said, Caitlyn Goodall said her favorite character was Tinker Bell because of the magical dust that she uses. Overall after watching the movie and writing this article this movie was pretty good, and was a very nice way to remake the classic Peter Pan film. If you have not seen this movie I suggest you do it is free on disney plus and will bring back all of your childhood memories.
