These are there plans that have been changed, edited, and thought over the period of time.
Why it was Created
The Pumpkin Fest was created because ¨In 6th grade, Mrs Jones showed us a pumpkin Regatta in Maine, but it got cancelled and we thought they could do it better, so we made the Pumpkin Fest.¨
According to Rowan Wooden. That is why the Pumpkin Fest was created. A Pumpkin Regatta is a contest where people carve out a giant pumpkin and be the first to do a lap around the lake in your pumpkin without your pumpkin tipping over. Most of the pumpkins in the Regatta weigh around 1000 pounds!
