Opening Prayer, Pledge of Allegiance, Treasury Warrant of 1 Billion Dollars. Approval of Notaries Public and Justices of the Peace.

Vote on Susan V. Oker for the position of Associate Justice of the Juvinile Court 8-0

Vote on Joseph M. Ditkoff for a position as an Associate Justice of Appeals Court 8-0

Vote on Daniel E. Dilorati for the position of Associate Justice of the District Court 8-0

The hearing for Mark A. Hallal to a position as an Associate Justice of the Superior Court was scheduled for May 10th at 1:30.

Nomination of Jeffrey T. Karp to a position as an Associate Justice of the District Court. The hearing was scheduled for May 31st at 10:30 am.

The hearing for Matthew J. McGrath, III was scheduled for May 3rd at 1:30 pm.

Nomination of Dalial Argaez Wendlandt to a position as an Associate Justice of the Appeals Court. The hearing was scheduled for May 17th at 10:30 am.

Nomination of Arose W. Nielsen to a position as an Associate Justice of the Juvenile Court. The hearing was scheduled for May 17th at 1:30 pm.
