Opening Prayer, Pledge of Allegiance. Treasury Warrant of 800 Million Dollars (actual spending for May was 4,121,154,448.19 ) . Approval of Notaries Public and Justices of the Peace.

Nomination of The Honorable Frank M.Gazaino to the position of an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. The hearing was scheduled for July 6th at 9:00 am.

Nomination of The Honorable David A. Lowy to the position of an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court.. The hearing was scheduled for July 20th at 9:00 am.

Nomination of The Honorable Kimberly S. Budd to the position of an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court.. The hearing was scheduled for August 3rd at 9:00 am.
