The hearing for Melanie Gargas to the position of an Associate Justice of the Probate and Family Court was scheduled for January 6, 2016 at 11:00 am .

The hearing for Lee M. Peterson to the position of an Associate Justice of the Probate and Family Court was scheduled for January 13, 2016 at 1:00 pm .
