Opening Prayer, Pledge of Allegiance, Treasury Warrant. Approval of Notaries Public and Justices of the Peace.

Vote on nominee Jennifer L. Ginsburg as an Associate Justice of the District Court 7-0.

Their was discussion regarding the nominee Maura K. McCarthy and the actions of Lt. Governor Murray.

Lt. Governor Murray had filed an "Appearance of Favoritism or Influence" Report, because of his relationship with this nominee.

It was also pointed out that she had never defended a client in a criminal matter.

It was also pointed out that she had never represented anyone in a civil matter.

Vote on nominee Maura K. McCarthy as an Associate Justice of the District Court 4-2.
