SENIOR PIECE STATEMENT:
Unlike many other senior pieces my piece does not have much meaning to it this piece was honestly just a strictly somewhat of a passion project. Despite not having much of an emotional meaning behind it this piece does reference something that being my favorite album this year “Flower Boy” by Tyler The Creator. The emotion Tyler put into this album really spoke to me and for months on end that album was the only thing I listened to, so I decided to pay the album homage by referencing it in my final senior piece. The process of making this occurred on Procreate, I mainly used the oil paint tool to make the figure (me), in the center. The other tools I used was the thin ink pen tool for the trees and the normally sized ink tool for the face. and Since most of my pieces revolved around my lizard Gaara all through junior and some of senior year, I decided to re-use a former piece I did of him by blending that piece in with the sunset background.

It's been good.
...In a honesty, these four years have been decent and I really enjoyed my time with all of my friends, I'll miss them and along with many of the art teachers.

Dear,
Class of 2021 coming from a person who is basically graduated at the time I've written this letter my senior year was very calm and mellow, but that does not give you an excuse to slack. DO NOT catch a case of the senioritis because its real and make sure you don't procrastinate because y'know you don't want to flunk up your final year. Regarding colleges, applying early is literally your best bet if your testing scores aren't the best, you'll basically be given first priority and its great. Also, make sure to apply for tons of scholarships! What I've noticed is that soroities are really generous when it comes to scholarships so that helps.
