Dear Falls-Lenox Families,

We had a great week celebrating Halloween at Falls-Lenox!  A special thank you to our room parents who coordinated the parties and to our amazing staff for their creative costumes!  In addition, our Terrific Kids Club visited the Renaissance Home in Olmsted Falls today to spread some Halloween cheer!  Please see below for pictures!

Veteran's Day Program - If your child will have a Veteran attending our Veteran's Day Program on Tuesday, November 11th, the RSVP's are due by Monday. Please click HERE for the letter with more information and RSVP link.  For safety reasons, only guests who are on the RSVP list will be allowed inside the building for the program.

Teachers will be sending out the sign-ups for Parent-Teacher Conferences which will take place from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, November 20th and Monday, November 24th.  If your child is in title one tutoring, you can also sign up for a conference with your child's reading tutor.   The Scholastic Bookfair will be set up in the library during conferences; stop in and shop just in time for the holidays!  We are looking for volunteers to help work the Bookfair, you can sign up HERE -

Report cards for the first trimester will be posted to PowerSchool on Wednesday, November 19th.

Next week there is NO SCHOOL on Tuesday, November 4th due to Election Day.  

School fees have been posted to your child's account.  Payment of school fees is required in order for your child to attend field trips.  If you have any questions about your child's school fees, please contact our main office at 44-427-6400.

Picture Retake Day November 5th: 

1) If your student was absent on the first picture day, he/she can get their picture taken on retake/absent picture day.

2) If your student was absent on the first picture day, there will be an ordering site available so you can order online. (cavanaughphoto.com/order) Or, if you placed an order before the first picture day and didn’t realize your child would be absent, it will be honored.

3) If your student wants a retake, you must bring back the original picture packet that was ordered. Or, if you only ordered a hi-res digital file, please send a note in with your student stating that a hi-res digital file was purchased. If the packet or note is not returned, a new package will not be printed until the original is turned in.

Family Movie Night

The first Family Movie night has been scheduled for Dec. 1st. The movie will be Zootopia 2. Tickets will be $7.25 a piece. Keep an eye out for more details soon!

 Calling all creative students! 

PTA’s Reflections Program lets students explore their artistic side through this year’s theme: “I Belong.” 

 Reflections packets are arriving in student folders and available here — submissions are due December 1, 2025! Let your child express themselves and shine through the arts!

Attendance Information

Exciting News for Bulldog Families!

We're Teaming Up with the Cleveland Browns for a Special School Attendance Program!

The Falls-Lenox attendance line number is: 440-427-6411.  A parent/guardian must call the Attendance Line each & every day his/her student(s) will be absent from school.  

The following information must be provided: Student name, reason for absence, and parent/guardian name and contact phone number. Students will be considered truant from school if parent/guardian contact is not received. In the event a parent/guardian neglects to notify the main office of an absence, a written note must be provided upon return to school. All written verification must be received in the main office immediately upon the student’s arrival to school. Please refer to the student handbook posted on our website for specific information regarding excused and unexcused absences.
