Dear Falls-Lenox Families,
Our first PTA meeting of the year is Wednesday, September 25th at 6:30 p.m. in the Falls-Lenox Cafeteria. The PTA will be holding an ice cream social for first graders prior to the PTA meeting at 5:30 p.m. on the FL playground. All first grade students are invited to join! More information and the RSVP can be found in the PTA section of the newsletter below. During the PTA meeting, I will give an update on the latest happenings at Falls-Lenox, and Mrs. Statz, second grade teacher, will provide grade level reports for each grade. We hope to see you there!
The ECC/FL fundraiser, Raze Craze, starts next week. Please see the flier below for information on how your child can participate!
School fees have been posted to your student's account. To access fees, go to "PaySchools Central" on our district website, or send a check to school with your child. Your child will then bring home a receipt. School fees must be paid in order for your child to attend field trips. The first field trip is in October when 2nd grade students go to Hale Farm.
Please check out the Community Connections tab (click on the three lines in the top corner) for information about additional Olmsted Falls and community based extra-curricular activities for your child.
If at any time you have questions, concerns, or comments, please feel free to contact our main office at (440) 427-6400.
Sincerely,
Ms. Lisa M. Williams

FLECC PTA Fall Fundraiser - Raise Craze
FLECC PTA is preparing for our annual Fall fundraiser. We will be bringing back our Raise Craze fundraiser from last year with some new perks! This fundraiser funds the majority of our FLECC PTA activities throughout the year, which includes field trips, classroom grants, assemblies and more. A successful Fall fundraiser means we will not need to raise funds again in Spring so student participation is greatly appreciated.
INFO: Raise Craze is a kindness based fundraiser, where students complete acts of kindness while raising funds from family and friends. Those acts of kindness contribute towards classroom BINGO boards. As rows are completed on the board, the classroom receives different incentives. We will also be recognizing individual contributions as well this year. Details will be sent home in the next few weeks.
FLECC PTA - Bulldog Swag Shop
New this year! FLECC PTA will be taking orders at the end of October for our first ever, Bulldog Swag Shop. Items include: Convertible shoe charms (can be used on shoes like Crocs or shoes with laces), Bulldog straw toppers, adhesive card holders for your phone, Bogg bag charms, and cup toppers. All items will be available prior to Winter Break. Start making your list now!
FLECC PTA Family Night Out at the CAVS game!
This event is open to all community members. Join FLECC PTA families as they cheer on the CAVS as they face off against the Golden State Warriors on Friday, November 8 (tipoff at 7:30p). Tickets are currently on sale now through Sunday, October 6.
25 lucky FLECC students will be chosen to welcome the CAVS back on to the court at halftime in the cheer tunnel!

Children should enter/exit vehicles on the passenger side (directly near the sidewalk) only.
Please pull all the way forward to the white sign that says, "pull up here", so that we can keep the line moving.
Parents and Caregivers should remain in their vehicles.
