For my final data visualization project, I chose to work with the "Meat Consumption (OECD)" data set
I decided to work with this dataset because it looked interesting.
In my visualization, the data is represented as the size of animal emojis and as kilograms of meat per capita per year.
To interact with the visualization, try slowly moving the slider.
One interesting thing I noticed during this project is that poultry is the most consumed meat in the USA.
Something I still wonder about is why the average consumption of lamb went down.
The most challenging moment of this project was coding the size change of the emojis.
If I had more time, I would like to change the fonts to add some variety.
My proudest moment during this project was when I tested it fully completed code for the first time.
