For my final data visualization project, I chose to work with the Extinct Languages dataset.
I decided to work with this dataset because the diversity of languages in the world is fascinating.
In my visualization, the data is represented as boxes with text.
To interact with the visualization, try hovering over the language icons.
One interesting thing I noticed during this project is the mismatch in country names in the dataset and its corresponding country names.
Something I still wonder about is if there was a way around it.
The most challenging moment of this project was attempting to get a interactive pi chart, which I couldn't get working.
If I had more time, I would like to have finished the pi chart.
My proudest moment during this project was when the first prototype worked.
