In this particular Phase, 16 students are expected to work together. Everyone has to divide the tasks feed into an information system so make sense out of it through cognitive mapping. The discussion and debate are most important within the whole students to move away from the conventional methods of clustering. There could be a very innovative way / interesting way of clustering of the information.

In this particular Phase, 16 students are expected to work in 4 groups . The group has to divide the tasks based on the intrest and Strength . How ever the content need to be generated by the collective effort .The presentation of the content may be the teams responsibility . The discussion and debate are most encouraged ( bring a protagonist approach) consciously choose to move away from the conventional methods of approaching the chosen subject. Find a way out for a very innovative / exciting way to represent the information.
Phase 01 - Analysis team, Visualisation team
Invited Guest : P. Rama Krishna Rao, Discipline Lead, Furniture and Interior Design, NID Ahmedabad (02 Mar 2020)
The student's team has put in a lot of effort to understand the subject of the Indian craft sector. They have discovered the interdependency of the different factors in the craft sector.
The miro presentation reflected the matured understanding of the subject. However, the final graphical representation does not reflect the rigor of the research outcome. Students are advised to revisit the final presentation of the content more on a metaphorical level so that common man can understand with a lot of ease.
The snapshot video of the craft future project was presented. The conceptual intent is well captured however the refinement of text and completeness of the video need to be achieved.
The triggered card team has not presented its refined work. The team needs to work hard for completion.
The resource team outcome has not presented the work. The work was not complete.
website update and documentation need to be complete for this phase.
Students are expected to put collective efforts to gain each other strength and grow as a team to achieve the collective successes
Field audit ,
Students are expected to understand the chosen subject such as ( Craft & education ,Craft & seasons, Craft & Perception , Craft & Languish ,Craft & Health ) and in a given context of craft, material culture. Focus on the people within their environment and the world, See how different organisation working for them discover the underline problem they are resolving. Be aware the problems are the outcome of design decisions, problems are artefacts, Everything is a part of a system. Develop an understanding of Design intent for a system, but be aware that we might never comprehend the entire system, take responsibility for that but at least we may see our intent is holistic .
The task in hand is
Visit near by craft cluster and understand the craft practices and the ecosystem in the chosen lenses (such as education, perception, seasons etc) follow all the Value chain and look very closely how their interdependent on each other.
Connect some of the organisation /entrepreneur /scholars/ business man/producers /consumers in that locality find their understanding which dealt with Craft future through insight models such as social entrepreneurship model, social service models, business models, health models ,Perception models.
Discover and Audit the personas from your subjects and experience capture the day today context in which people engage with the product, services, system etc .

The research need to be captured by the students through visuals, audio, participatory research. The insights need to be generated by personal interview, group discussion with the all the stack holder in that value chain .
online, Field experience /research of the organisation, Personal and group discussion
In this particular Phase, students team are expected to work in groups in 3 people or 2 people in group. How ever the content need to be generated by the collective effort of the team .The presentation of the content may be the teams responsibility . The discussion and debate are most encouraged ( bring a protagonist approach) consciously choose to move away from the conventional methods of approaching the chosen subject. Find a way out for a very innovative / exciting way to represent the information.
Phase 01 - with the social enterpanure mindset, Analysis team, Visualization team
