Labor Management

The Labor Management Team “LMT” is composed of representatives appointed by the NICC-HEA, the Vice President of Teaching and Learning, the Executive Director of Human Resources, the Director of Human Resources and an academic dean representing Arts and Science Education.  Formed in 2017, the LMT meets throughout the academic year to collaboratively address concerns brought forth, discuss identified agenda items, and exchange feedback on College initiatives. Discussion items that impact bargaining discussions are noted and moved to the formal NICC-HEA bargaining meetings.
