Dress Code

Our dress code varies from job to job, from department to department, and sometimes even from day to day. During business hours, all faculty are expected to dress appropriately for their area of assignment. You should present a neat, business-like appearance in your clothing, hairstyle, and grooming and you should practice exemplary hygiene. Business apparel does not include the wearing of shorts, and/or cut off jeans/pants.

If you are in a position requiring a uniform, such as maintenance, custodial, or security, uniforms may be provided by the College. Your supervisor will advise you if that is the case.

NICC Pride Fridays are your opportunity to wear your College apparel, dress casually as appropriate for your area, and show your Northeast Community College Spirit.
