The College has a variety of established committees that lead critical work to ensure the College's goals and strategic initiatives are met. All committees are required to develop a Committee Charter that includes the key performance indicators (KPI’s) to ensure the committee's work is strategic and successful.
Representative membership on a College committee is crucial to ensure collaborative decision-making. Therefore, each full-time faculty member is expected to serve on at least one college committee after their first year of employment. Student organizations also fulfill this responsibility. College committee assignments are typically made at the beginning of the year.
You can review college committees on the College Committees site.
