Welcome to the 2025-2026 Academic year!
The Northeast Iowa Community College is fortunate to have you willing to share your talents and expertise with our students this year. This guide provides a variety of academic information and resources as a “one-stop” resource to help prepare you for the upcoming year. This guide is a working document. Therefore, when information is not found, not clear, or incorrect, you are encouraged to send an email to Kelly Kramer, Director of Teaching and Learning Operations at kramerk@nicc.edu for review. In addition, the Faculty Labor Management Committee will annually review this guide and provide suggestions for clarity and the inclusion of new information. If you have any other suggestions for improvements to benefit our College and/or students feel free to email me at nacos-burdsk@nicc.edu. Again, welcome to the upcoming academic year.
Modifications made to this site will be documented on the Faculty Guide Modifications document. If you wish to receive notifications when this site is updated, contact Kelly Kramer for instructions on how to receive email notifications.
It is the policy of Northeast Iowa Community College not to discriminate in its programs, activities, or employment on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, creed, religion, and actual or potential family, parental, or marital status.
