MISSION: The Department of Instructional Innovation and Design (DIID) at Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) drives success by fostering quality and innovation in instructional design and delivery while supporting college-wide initiatives.
VISION: DIID will be the cornerstone of innovation and instructional excellence at NICC by ensuring high-quality course design and delivery and implementing cutting-edge technologies and strategies that foster the success of our students, faculty, and staff.
