Almost the entire school was able to go on a field trip together 🚌 and it went REALLY well!!! Way to go to all of the people who helped to coordinate this and make it happen! 🎉👍 ALSO we had the Cardinals bring us lunch in celebration of Black History Month! The lunch was from a black owned restaurant!

Dear Adams' Fam!!
😍 Wow we are rolling into March in just a few days! We still have time to make a difference for our students and each other in these next few months and beyond! I've had several grade levels utilizing our onsite sub as well as Renee and I to be able to observe each other - I love when y'all do this - so please don't hesitate to ask!
Also - it actually looks like Safety Town which will be on 4/4 will be able to have kindergarten through 6th grade after all - on Tuesday we'll be making the schedule for the rotation with team leaders.👍
We sent out another survey as part of our incentive pay plan today. PLEASE make sure you fill that out and include any feedback you can give us whether positive or negative so we know what to keep doing or change. We will also be reviewing this data with team leaders. The surveys we are sending out intentionally mirror the questions from the district survey you were given at the beginning of the school year and will get again at the end of the year. Of course if you want to directly send me feedback via email, text, webex or face to face - that is greatly appreciated too! I would love to problem solve with you.🤩

Counselor Corner
Hello everyone. We will be finishing most of our Grief and Frienships groups next week before the end of the quarter. If a group has missed one, we may finish the week we return. Our Tardy groups will finish in the 4th quarter and we will be meeting with Stephanie to discuss what the focus will be for the rest of the year.
