• SIGNATURE PAGE If your school does not have a POS Certificate (Signature Page) on record (no live link above), print a blank form at this link, put the name of your program (from the drawing board) in and sign your name as Secondary Instructor. Bring this page to the regional advisory committee meeting and you can obtain the rest of the signatures at that time. Your certificate will then be posted above.

• DRAWING BOARD Note: Use your previous drawing board or use the Construction Management templates to create a new drawing board. The drawing board should show the suggested progression of course completion at your school that would be beneficial to feed into the Kirkwood or EICC programs.

• REVIEW CYCLE The signature page and drawing board are good until there is a teacher change or a program change. These will be reviewed every 3 years, but only need changed if information has changed.
