“We’re all gonna die.” “This is the end.” Just like a broken record for the past 40 years Climate Change Activists have said it before and they will always say it again. 

 For the past 40 years these “protesters” have been annoying and harassing everyday workers who are just trying to make a living. Too often they have become problematic and worse than the problem itself.

Contention:A.G.A.I.N.S.T Climate activist.

Points: the more we give them the more they will take from us,

Reasons 1 ( “we” need to “give” and “they” need to “take” )

 For my first point I'm going to talk about how climate change activists are so greedy and set such high and unrealistic expectations that no matter what we give them, they will always want to take more from us.

 we try to “give” them a middle ground to target within a reasonable range to deal with carbon emissions and in the process they “take” our electricity and natural gas as hostage as we slowly shut down fossil fuels power plants which in return causes gas and electricity bills to skyrocketed in pricing cus they can’t think any tougher than them self as they don’t factor in that their actions have consequences.

Reasons 2 (Alienating targeted audience)
My second point is that by their self and inconsiderate actions, Climate change activists are annoying and alienating the exact people that they want to target. 

 promoting a problem to the people by doing stunts that does not target or show the roots of the problem and how to combat it whatsoever other creating a massive target on you’re back

Reasons 3 (cowardness for not targeting the problem at heart)
My third point is that climate change activists are far too often to speak as if they are doing something impressive but are too cowardly to actually confront the biggest problems.

protesting in nations that are “safe” with really no hush repercussion towards them and not doing it in nations that are at hearts of the problem if you want to protest then why don’t you protest in China, I’m sure the protesters from Tiananmen square are more than willing to take a stand with you while 6 feet under, or The protesters that part took in the anti-war protest in Russia last year im sure that you don’t mind bringing an extra 15 people into the crossfire when you’re detained by the russian MBд.

Rebuttal:

The climate change activists say that what they are doing is the right thing because these environmental problems are important. They think things like banning the use of fossil fuel in the UK, achieving net 0 carbon emissions by 2050 and making everyone become vegans are all worth protesting about. These are interesting ideas, but these idealists want all of this to be done in their lifespan, however the majority of nations have pointed out that these goals are unreachable, undesirable and it does not paint a full picture of everyone and what they want to achieve. Even worse, these people demand respect for their goals, but then annoy everyday workers who are just trying to make a living.


Conclusion:

despite their ever diminishing futile attempts to reach a common ground with their intended audience they unfortunately have always missed their target and only cause a hindrance for those who happen to be in their crossfire.
