Deforestation is ruining animal habitats and is the leading cause for global warming with it contributing to 10% as cutting down trees and forests releases carbon dioxide into the air
Around the world it is estimated that 15 billion trees are cut down all over the world each year, as mentioned trees contain carbon dioxide which gets released when they are cut down but keeping them keeps the oxygen being released
Habitat loss is a rising problem around the world and deforestation is one of the main reasons why it is causing animals to go extinct.
According to “adoptanimalkits” an estimate of 137 species of plants, animals and insects are lost every single day and an estimate that over 50,000 more plants, animals and insects will go extinct in the next 4 years.
In conclusion, deforestation is doing nothing but harm to the world, wildlife and their habitats. I believe deforestation should be slowed down or only done if needed for reasonable purposes.
