🐞 General Bug fixes

• Document Disappears after editing Category and Type (LA-22246)
  Fixed an issue where editing both Document Category and Document Type caused documents to disappear from the grid. Database schema updated to prevent orphaned records and restore missing documents.

• CASAS Integration imports failing due to Invalid SSN (LA-22278)
  Resolved CASAS integration import failures due to invalid SSN masking, restoring previous handling for masked values.

• Report only generates intermittently without timeout while generating IDs (LA-22283)
  Improved report generation reliability by reducing contention and deadlocks when generating IDs for reports.

• Allow invalid SSNs via the Student Import to match the manual data entry in LACES (LA-22277)
  Enhanced SSN import handling to allow pseudo-SSNs and revert overly strict validation, aligning import behavior with manual data entry.
