Spring is in the air and so is the pollan. The newspaper staff offers some insights and remedies to feel better as allergy season begins.

Allergies can affect different people in different ways. While some people may have mild symptoms like sneezing, itching, and a runny nose, others may have more severe symptoms like difficulty breathing, hives, and swelling. 

The severity of allergies can also vary depending on the type of allergen one is exposed to. For example, some people may be allergic to pollen, while others may be allergic to certain foods or medications. Age, genetics, and overall health can also play a role in how allergies affect individuals. It is important for those with allergies to identify their triggers and seek proper treatment to manage their symptoms.
