It can be hard to know what emotional abuse is. The NSPCC have advice on the signs, effects and how to report it.

If you would like to report domestic abuse via the webform, visit the site linked above. If an incident of domestic abuse is ongoing, you should report it over the phone by dialling 999 immediately. If possible go to a place of safety, for example a room with a lock on the door.
