This term in Saxon Class we have enjoyed exploring the topic of ‘Where we are in place & time’ and we have had great fun linking this to our sensory story of 'Jumanji'. We have delved into the jungle, explored different animals through sounds, actions & textures and we have completed art activities following key instructions to join in with the tasks.
Saxons have been developing their turn taking skills through games and outdoor activities such as ball games, bowling & sharing the outdoor equipment on the playground. All of the students have worked hard this term to increase their independence during snack & lunch times where their self help skills are progressing every day. Well done Saxons!
We have been enjoying turn taking board games, working on fine motor skills & sharing activities
We have had a great time on the playground, exploring the trim trail climbing equipment and bouncing on the trampoline!
