Course Description:

• This is the FOURTH year course (recommended for grades 11-12) in the graphic design program of study. This course provides expanded knowledge in a specific area of graphic design, including an in-depth study of the elements and principles of design, layout, photography, legal and ethical issues, advertising, and production techniques. Emphasis is on an in-depth study of concepts, theories, and expertise of graphic design. In order for students to enroll in this course they must successfully complete Graphic Design Tech 2 (TAN2400) and obtain teacher approval.
