Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems 1 is the SECOND year course in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems program of study intended to develop a foundational level of skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing in residential and commercial structures. Upon completion of this course, proficient students will be able to follow safety procedures and use tools to perform basic operations with electrical circuits and plumbing and break down the components of HVAC systems. As part of a student’s program of study progression, the student will create a digital program of study portfolio, providing evidence of mastery of course standards and readiness to advance and complete the program of study.
