Help Needed - As a community, we would greatly appreicate your help in keeping our playground clean and safe for our kids. Please help remind community members who may be visiting our playground areas that no pets, vehicles, nor alcohol is allowed at any time. Our After School Program utilizes our playground up until 6:00 PM; therefore, we ask that community members do not visit it until after 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Thank you all so very much for helping us keep our playground safe and clean for our students.
Plan ahead! Wednesday, October 26th is an Early Release Day to allow our staff time to schedule parent conferences. JCSS elementary schools will release at 11:30 A.M., and there will be no clubs or After-School Program that day. All students will need to car or bus riders, so please be sure to make special arrangements for that day.
Congratulations to our September 29th Spirit Contest Winners Cameron and Lexie Long, Bryson Marsingill, and Emily Day. We love seeing your Panther Pride! Four more lucky winners will be selected at our next home game on October 21.
Our next Panther Post will be shared on October 16th. We are looking forward to a restful and relaxing Fall Break and hope that you and your family have an exciting and safe one too. Remember, there is no school for students Friday, October 7 through Friday, October 14th.

THANK YOU, PANTHER COMMUNITY!
Our "Red Carpet Run" FUNdraising campaign was an incredible success! Check out our next edition for a video revealing our grand total, class winners, and individual student winners. Thank you to our generous and talented PTO volunteers who pulled off an amazing few weeks and an event that lived up to its name! Take a look at all the fun we had! (You can view lots more pictures in the two albums on our GSES Facebook page as well.) From popsicle parties and hat days to special visitors and opportunities to pie the teacher, we've had such a great time celebrating our success in lots of fun ways--all because of our giving community. Thank you for being the best champions for GSES!
