The 2016-2021 Strategic planning process started just after the school had celebrated its 50th Anniversary.
As part of this process the school defined a new Vision and Mission and crafted a set of seven 'Guiding Statements' to drive the planning and decision making process
The overarching theme for the Strategic Plan was ‘Moving from Experience to Influence’.
The strategic planning process identified a set six key ‘elements’ which would form a specific area of strategic focus in each annual cycle.
Each year these would be review to create a strategic action plan.
The outcomes and impacts of these plans would then be assessed in the context of our accreditation standards.
This feedback , together with the results of surveys and input from the 'Interest & Review' groups would for the basis for the next iteration of the cycle.
