Goal 16 - The Research Steering Committee has clarified its mission and long term goals and is currently setting 'deliverables' for the new school year.
Goal 20 - The new ISP Inclusion Policy will state that Gifted and Talented practices are based on differentiation strategies.
Goal 25 - The new High Quality Learning Defenition will be measured through an impact action plan, KPIs and project specific measurement tools.

Goal 15 - The Primary School has plans to increase the capacity for student choice in the arts programme.
Goal 16 - Reference to research has been included in the ISP Definition of High Quality Learning.
Goal 18 - We have introduced Professional Learning Communities and Research Fellowships to encourage reflective practice; Collaborative Planning Time has been prioritised for efficiency.
January 2021
Project comments were added by the Educational Leadership Team (ELT) at their 25/1/2021 meeting.
Goal 15 - The school, through SLT involvement, has empowered student agency through the inception of a social justice group.
Goal 20 - The Curriculum Coordinators have been discussing Gifted and Talented provision as part of the Inclusion Policy.
Goal 23 - The Guiding Statements are being linked to actions in the Annual Strategic Plan. As the Board begins planning for the next Strategic Planning cycle, the utility of the current Guiding Statements is to be assessed to review where any tweaking might be necessary to make them more up to date and relevant to the school's priorities leading to 2027.
Goal 27 - The Leadership Appraisal system has been reviewed with the introduction of consideration of how accurate the job descriptions are.
December 2020
Goal 22 - An inclusion policy is currently being drafted for Kindergarten through to Grade 12.
Goal 25 - As our Definition of High Quality Learning is being completed, feedback and discussion about 'how to measure these' is also taking place.
Goal 26 - An annual IB 'teaching and learning' action plan exists to review projects, actions and achievements.
IMPORTANT
November - Due to additional expectations with COVID-19 protocols / Lockdown 2 and Home / Online Learning requirements some strategic projects have now been 'paused'.

Goal 16 - A project has been initiated to look at the future (five year goals) for the Research Centre and its 'impact'.
Goal 18 - This is the second year of our Differentiation Project (with consultant Fran Prolman) to include teacher reflection and sharing in this area.

Goal 23 - The Guiding Statements have been translated into 5 key languages.
Goal 27 - The leadership structure has been reviewed and two organisational charts developed for both the educational staff and business staff.
Goal 28 - A Secondary School Assistant Principal has been recruited and started work in September; she will be based at the Cortambert (middle school) campus. A Learning Continuum Director position introduced last academic year adds to this structure.
