Observations*:
The most notable change was between 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 when France took over from the US as our single largest constituency.
The percentage of French is higher this year than in previous years but this seems to be accounted for mainly by re-registrations - for new registrations the figure for France and US are both around 12%
Figures for the UK are down while figures for Japan and South Korea are both up. Japan in particular is well represented in the new registrations this year.
Re-registration rates are about the same as in previous years while new registration are down around 35-40%.
Despite the lower numbers we still have a total of 67 nationalities represented and the nationality mix is very similar to previous years.
There has been a notable uptick in Japanese and in India (notably in Primary) reversing a recent downward trend.
Japan and South Korea are now ahead of the UK with Canada in a solid 6th position.
Nationalities represented and largest groups by % of student population.
These figures show only the nationalities representing more than 2% of the student body, which represents about 15 students.
There has been little change at the top over the past 3 years.
Canada has been a notable riser while India and Malaysia have declined.
