May 2021
This month a summary of the annual goal and development as well as any future steps or recommendation is provided.
Goal 1 - This project is fully completed. It is part of substantial plans for the Advancement Department (and school) in the 2021 / 2022 school year.
Goal 2 - This project is fully completed. Expanding the topics, staff participating and the number of groups involved is the task for the 2021 / 2022 school year.
Goal 3 - This project has been implemented across the school. It will also be ongoing for the Wellbeing Team with new initiatives and development projects ahead.
April 2021
Goal 1 - The marketing plan is completed, has been presented to the Board and is now fully in use.
Goal 2 - In May, we will plan the expansion of PLCs for the new school year as well as their connection to the Research Centre.
Goal 3 - Well-being remains a focus and is also an item for strategic consideration regarding the long-term effects of COVID-19 on students and their needs in coming years.
March 2021
Goal 1 - The marketing plan is completed, it will be presented to the Board in April and some aspects of the plan have started to be implemented.
Goal 2 - The PLC is meeting monthly and we are also planning for the new school year rollout.
Goal 3 - Six target areas and goals for advancing staff and student well-being have been established, with associated action projects underway.
January 2021
Goal 1 - The new marketing plan has been shared with the Advancement and Fundraising Committee and SLT for feedback before being finalised this month.
Goal 2 - Session 2 of the Professional Learning Communities has taken place and was led by a teacher member, sharing concepts of teacher differentiation.
Goal 3 - Ongoing, as listed in December.
December 2020
Goal 1 - A draft plan has been completed and links to the ISP Points of Significance.
Goal 2 - Session 1 of the Professional Learning Communities has been successfully completed with 12 staff members involved.
Goal 3 - November and December have been established as well-being months to focus on initiatives to ensure staff and student well-being.
IMPORTANT
November - Due to additional expectations with COVID-19 protocols / Lockdown 2 and Home / Online Learning requirements some strategic projects have now been 'paused'.
Note - No projects / goals in this area have been paused.
October 2020
Goal 1 - Planning has been initiated and a first draft will be developed prior to the winter holiday break.
Goal 2 - The PLC group and topic has been established and a planning session is set for November.
Goal 3 - Key as we go into Lockdown 2 and so investigating staff and student surveys.
September 2020
Goal 2 - A draft concept has been prepared to announce to the ELT and staff in October.
Goal 3 - Specific plans have been written into the Safeguarding Plan with the VPs Wellbeing leading these initiatives.
