Goal 16 - EduReg security access system now linked to SIMS central register so all staff employed and external are covered.
Goal 18 - All professional development in 2020/21 was based on the Guiding Statements and Strategic Plan (Fran Prolman, John Joseph, ATL etc.).
Goal 18 - The SP community survey captured data that reflected the effectiveness and impact of this focus on student learning.

Goal 16 - Several candidates have been rejected recently as they could not provide all background checks for the Register during their recruitment process.
Goal 18 - The annual professional development plan has been updated to include additional virtual trainings as more are becoming available.
Goal 21 - The staffing plan for AY 2021 -2022 has been completed, adjusting for student numbers and subject choices in the high school.

Goal 21 - As part of the appraisal process and professional interviews, teachers and leaders are identifying teacher areas for growth, PD that may support this growth, and any shifts that should be made.
Goal 18 - The Leadership Teams are recording the PD outcomes of appraisals in a systematic way.

Goal 21 - The ISP Learning Support Policy is being reviewed and will be extended into an Inclusion Policy.
