LP 1: Learning Goals - Learners demonstrate understandings, competencies, knowledge, dispositions, and values that will allow them to become responsible and successful citizens.
LP3: Assessment for / of and as Learning - Assessment measures the effect of learning on the learner. Assessment for, of, and as learning includes qualitative as well as quantitative criteria.
LP4: Learning Perspectives - Meaningful learning is extended when learners explore the unfamiliar, consider a range of perspectives, and take informed risks. Mistakes are seen as opportunities for learning.

Goal 3 - The Diversity Taskforce will impact on curriculum development activities to include both international and local 'diversity' topics.
Goal 8 - The new assessment policy has been fully completed.
Goal 9 - Workshops have been scheduled with parents to explain and share the ISA results in May.

Goal 2 - The Service as Action Coordinator has availed herself to staff in need of assistance with finding creative avenues and projects for students during the COVID period.
Goal 8 - The Assessment Policy has been reviewed and completed and will be presented to the Board at the end of the year.
Goal 9 - PYP assessment workshops have been scheduled and conducted with staff.

Project comments were added by the Educational Leadership Team (ELT) at their 25/1/2021 meeting.
Goal 2 - The Student Leadership programme in the Primary School has engaged with ethical issues and taking action.
Goal 3 - The staff who participated in the IB ATL workshop ran training sessions focused on horizontal and vertical curriculum mapping, at the staff professional development day.
Goal 6 - The Secondary School Vice Principal of Organisation for Learning is running a CSL project with a group of students.
Goal 9 - ISA presentations have been conducted with families from Grades 3 through 10.

Goal 9 - The Secondary School Leadership Team is working with the Heads of Department to redesign mechanisms to provide feedback students and reporting to parents.
