LP10: Learning Community - Respectful, healthy, ethical relationships and interactions create a true sense of community. Communication is honest and transparent. Community values are clearly stated, actively lived and define a distinct, sustained identity.
April 2021
Goal 29 - The 2021 / 2022 timetable and master events planning are both being structured with movement across campuses and collaboration as a focus.
Goal 30 - The review of subject to time allocation best practice in the MYP is now developed into a research project.
Goal 33 - The second Interest & Review Teams meeting was held to introduce the High Quality Learning Definition to the school community.
March 2021
Goal 29 - The Secondary School homeroom structure is being reviewed. Staffing, resources and students learning outcomes, towards improvements for 2021 / 2022.
Goal 30 - Health, safety and physical distancing considerations regarding COVID-19 are a priority.
Goal 33 - The Board has approved and new High Quality Learning Definition and ISP is embarking on a new Strategic Plan to be rolled out at the ned of the next academic year.
January 2021
Project comments were added by the Educational Leadership Team (ELT) at their 25/1/2021 meeting.
Goal 29 - COVID-19 protocols have meant that we have had to adjust our practices in the way we accommodate staff on campus. Teaching colleagues are invited to leave after their lessons to facilitate fewer adults on our campuses and so they are encouraged to undertake their collaborate planning virtually.
Goal 30 - COVID-19 has influenced the use of our spaces, particularly for subjects like PHE that have been impacted by the recent protocols.
Goal 33 - A staff skills library is being developed, which will allow staff to impart knowledge to colleagues on their areas of strength both in teaching and learning and in general administration areas.
December 2020
Goal 29 - This is being considered when developing the timetable and staffing plan for teachers splitting their time to teach at both Cortambert and Beethoven campuses.

Goal 33 - Appraisals are being conducted with all staff with the aim to determine areas for each individual's further professional development..
IMPORTANT
November - Due to additional expectations with COVID-19 protocols / Lockdown 2 and Home / Online Learning requirements some strategic projects have now been 'paused'.

Goal 29 - The Primary School is investigating this area knowing that substantial time is spent with specialist teachers.
Goal 30 - We have needed to consider COVID-19 sanitary protocols and make physical distancing as our current priority.
Goal 33 - We have been able to move forward on this goal through the implementation of our Online Home Learning programmes as we adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic and government-imposed 'shutdown' periods.

Goal 29 - A MYP subject and time provided (periods per week) review has been initiated.
Goal 30 - Learning spaces, layouts and their use are currently being determined based on necessary COVID-19 sanitary protocols.
Goal 33 - A new professional development programme focusing on 'lesson differentiation' has been introduced in the Primary and Secondary Schools.
