Our leadership and wider staff team have a wealth of experience in responding well to our pupils' ongoing needs. We have developed a very personalised approach that supports pupils in developing confidence and independence in their learning, which in turn supports their emotional and behavioural well-being. We have the capacity to provide bespoke support to schools or PRUs wishing to develop this sort of approach for some of their pupils with complex needs.
Our leadership team are able to provide support in whole school self-evaluation having developed robust and effective processes over a number of years. Drawing from a collective experience of working with Estyn teams and other positive shared practice we can provide support in evaluating school processes for identifying and developing pupil progress and overall school standards.
